Job Description:

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00/hour (based on experience)



Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:50 AM - 5:00 PM (37.5 hour work week)



Location: Concord, NH (100% on-site)



Our client is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative with solid office experience, including phone-based customer support. Medical or Dental industry preferred but not required




Duties and Responsibilities:




  • Provide timely and empathetic responses to customer questions and concerns over the phone.

  • Research claims and coordinate information from other departments to address inquiries.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.

  • Authorize billing adjustments to resolve service-related concerns.

  • Work closely with dental office staff to clarify coverage, identify allowable procedures, and resolve billing issues, maintaining a positive relationship.

  • Draft and send written correspondence via mail or email to answer customer questions or clarify benefits.

  • Serve as backup for the Corporate Receptionist as needed.

  • Ensure customer inquiries are addressed within 24 hours.

  • Perform additional tasks as needed to meet corporate and departmental goals.



Qualifications:




  • Strong office experience, including customer service over the phone.

  • A stable employment history is required (no frequent turnover).

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
