What's the role? As a Lab Technician you get to work with an impactful team that plays a vital role in quality assurance, production and manufacturing. Showcase your skills and experience in the Vision Care space, providing quality products for millions of people across the world.

Qualifies and inspects products to ensure compliance with CZV specifications and standards.
Maintains appropriate written and / or computer documentation.
Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
Works within a specific area and may be cross-trained to work in other areas.
Works in different workstations or product lines as production needs require.
Participates in meetings to enhance departmental communication and efficiency.
Trains peers.
Do you qualify?
Required: HSD / GED / Equivalent Experience
Required: 0 - 2 years related experience
Preferred: Manufacturing experience
Ability to follow safety guidelines with the ability to identify and understand safety items
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task production environment
Exceptional attendance record
Honest, dependable and able to follow directions either written or verbal
Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and approach to work
Patience to fully see the task through is a must
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a team setting or independently, as needed
Customer Service Mindset
Desire to learn
Ability to read English and identify numbers
Good verbal and written communication with the ability to communicate with other associates in a clear, concise manner
Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work overtime when needed
Preferred:
May require vision and / or color hue recognition testing (Required for tinters)
General office/computer experience
Basic knowledge of frame and lenses
Manufacturing skill set
