RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Specifications:
Assign and supervise work crews operating equipment for multiple routes
Analyze production related problems and work with any other relative personnel to troubleshoot
Provide relief operations as needed
Track gas measurement variances daily
Ensure a safe and productive operation through proper implementation and administration of company policies and procedures
Proved information to client, co-workers and subordinates as needed by telephone, in writing, or verbally in person
Analyze production targets and adjust as needed
Regularly complete quality control (QC) of the Operators' daily reports
Assist construction and water crews with mnor tasks such as adjustments and monitoring
Manage cost control; monitor used parts usage and new parts purchasing to include consumable intems (oil, belts, etc.)
Report all costs to the Production Superintendents and Accounting; provide receipts in a timely manner
Ensure company provided vehicles, equipment and tools are maintained, cleaned and inspected
Ensure that mechanical equipment is maintained and inspected (ATV's, water pumps, maxi heaters, etc.)
Ensure lease locations and field offices are clean and organized
Monitor production equipment, compressors, wells and meters
Participate in periodic well review meetings with appropriate personnel
Inspect lease sites, ensure they are clean and maintained; check for spills and fluid leaks
Routinely inspect liquid rings and blowers, ensure they are well maintained
Assist in selecting new equipment and planning the well work procedure
Clean and maintain or remove erosion control devices as needed (silt logs, silt fences, matting, etc.) and report maintenance measures as they are performed on erosion control devices.
Responsibilities :
Communicate regularly with operators, production superintendents, client, compression companies, rig supervisors
Always wear approbriate PPE (FRC, hard hat, steel toed shoes/boots, safety glasses and hearing protection)
Ensure subordinates are wearing PPE and working safely. Implement stop work authority as needed
Always wear gas detection monitors and check for gas prior to entering any hut or building
Drive appropriately for the conditions, always wear seat belt, do not use phones in any way while operating a vehicle
Follow lock-out/tag-out procedures when opening any piping or working on equipment including electronics
Complete a JSA daily and for any new tasks
QUALIFICATIONS
5 years experience as a lease operator preferred
Ability to manage, lead and train personnel
Ability to understand gauges, dials, or other indicators to ensure equipment is working properly
Ability to perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment
Able to work and communicate effectively with all levels of co-workers, clients, and other external contacts
Able to learn company specific applications
Must have a good driving record and valid driver's license
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug, background and fit testing.
