Wells Fargo is seeking a Change Implementation Consultant within the Wells Fargo Auto Division.
This team in Wells Fargo Auto provides change delivery and support services to our Wells Fargo Auto business partners as part of the transformation initiatives across our division. A change implementation consultant consults and supports project managers, product managers, SME's and project teams to establish appropriate implementation strategy, methods and plans for strategic initiatives that impact multiple or organization-wide systems, workflows or products with high risk. Understands complex business requirements to reconcile to meet implementation strategy. Supports design of communication and training plans, including identifying the appropriate learning process and timing. Manages critical documentation and work with project managers, product managers and SME's to understand complex problems and focuses on bringing issues to resolution, escalating as necessary to meet timelines. Identifies best practices and creates new workflows and/or procedures.
In this role, you will:
Participate in less complex initiatives and identify, and implement opportunities for new processes to support requirements within change implementation
Apply project management methodology to facilitate complex implementations, establishing timelines, and tracking ongoing projects to ensure successful delivery
Review basic knowledge transfer, data mapping, and account movement while exercising independent judgment to guide strategic initiatives that impact multiple systems
Identify, and provide effective training methods
Participate in process improvement or product development and enhancement activities
Present recommendations for resolving data, logistics, project support issues, and exercise independent judgment while developing experience in risk and compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, management, technology, and compliance
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Proficient MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Jira and Confluence experience
Knowledgeable in Wells Fargo Auto business
Change delivery experience with Waterfall and Agile implementations, with a solid foundational knowledge of Agile concepts and principles
Financial Services Operations Experience
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and problem-solving abilities
Must be a strong communicator and innovator, who can pro-actively drive and credibly challenge change within the organization
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with a strength of converting complex technical concepts into easily understood plain business language (PBL)

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates. $55,300.00 - $98,300.00 Benefits
