Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Leader to join our to join our team of talented and high performing strategy professionals as part of the Office of the CxO supporting Risk and Internal Audit Technology.
In This Role, You Will:
Serve as a top subject matter professional to lead complex, innovative, high risk, and diverse initiatives with companywide cross technology impact, or with significant scope, cost, and benefits
Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership and technology teams to provide support and execution of complex and varied operational processes
Distill complex technical concepts into business language and create dynamic presentation materials which effectively tell a story using data, graphics, and executive level verbiage for multiple levels of leadership from technology managers up through Operating Committee members as well as internal and external stakeholders
Plan, direct, and control the formulation of strategic business objectives in alignment with larger organizational operational objectives in the workforce, portfolio management, technology planning, & risk domains
Understand target objectives, the current state of the teams, effort, or situation in order to craft and execute on a plan of transformation to enable successful outcomes
Develop the business management strategy & routines for an organization including Leading and facilitating various team meetings, offsites, or steering committee gatherings to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
Work in a fast-paced environment, and utilize your strong knowledge of SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Teams on a daily basis
Strategically influence as well as engage and collaborate with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses to achieve a myriad of business and operational outcomes
Be a part of a broader business services team with a vision and passion for establishing a culture of excellence that inspires and enables technology leaders and resources to achieve higher and better outcomes
The ideal candidate will have proven extensive ability in taking strategy through to execution, a strong ability to understand technical information while also being able to communicate that information in a non-technical way both in written and verbal forms
Required Qualifications
7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
7+ years of experience working in a Technology organization
7+ years of senior leadership experience collaborating at the executive level
7+ years of experience creating, managing and executing communication strategies
7+ years of experience working with SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Teams
5+ years of experience creating executive level financial reports
Desired Qualifications:
Previous experience working in financial crimes area

$138,500-$287,600 (NJ ONLY)
$120,400-$250,000 (MN and NC)

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates. $120,400.00 - $262,600.00 Benefits
