Job Description:
EXPERIENCED DIESEL, AUTO, EQUIPMENT MECHANIC
Are you a skilled mechanic with experience in diesel, auto, and equipment repair? Do you have a passion for maintaining and repairing vehicles and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
Position Details:
Pay Range: $28-32/hr for 5 years experience and formal training levels
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair diesel engines, automotive systems, and various equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure vehicles and equipment are operating efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
- Adhere to safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to address and resolve mechanical problems.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in diesel, auto, and equipment repair for entry-level pay.
- 5+ years of experience for higher pay consideration.
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, automotive systems, and heavy equipment.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
