Position: Senior Product Manager



Job Location: 640 W. California Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94086



Duties: Define the vision and strategy for labelling products using domain expertise and internal and external best practices. Identify market opportunities and build business cases. Drive the product lifecycle, including requirement definitions, research, metrics analysis, technical specifications, development, testing, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and other launch efforts. Work with Operations, Engineering, and Walmart Partners to define the requirements, design, and identify the improvements needed to meet business logic. Drive business-critical projects and identify needs to inform the product roadmap. Develop and enhance products by managing product roadmaps, aligning business and technical needs, analyzing customer and product data, turning customer insights into actionable initiatives, determining rollout strategy, and managing risks. This position does not supervise employees.



Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related area and 3 years of experience in product management; OR Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related area and 5 years of experience in product management.



Skills required: Experience driving the end-to-end product lifecycle from requirement definition, research, technical specification, development, testing, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) definition. Experience incorporating data, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps. Experience working with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly experiences. Experience designing Analytical Product Metrics Dashboard using Tableau or Grafana. Experience designing technical APIs using SOAP/REST frameworks in a microservices framework. Experience integrating usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements. Experience designing, troubleshooting, and debugging Java based enterprise applications. Experience integrating, structuring, and analyzing large amounts of data from diverse sources using SQL. Experience conducting A/B testing and performance analysis to assess the user impact of specific features. Experience working with Cloud Technologies, Service Virtualization, Test Data Management, and Mobile Technologies. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.




Salary Range: $158,746/year to $286,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock equity incentives.
