The Group Director of US Strategy is a high visibility role requiring strong communication and understanding of interconnectivities to drive sizable, complex, cross functional results. Supporting the entire Walmart US segment, the role requires a broad understanding across the entire business to enable input into all major financial and strategic decisions and will often be required to work in matrixed situations across all levels of the organization. The ability to challenge all aspects of the business in delivering improved performance while maintaining strong working relationships is key to success in this role. Additionally, the ability to understand business trends, foresee financial, market and competitive opportunities and risks, and effectively influence business results is an important part of the everyday.

Creating clarity of strategy - telling the story of our strategy to inspire action and reach our goals; your audience is everyone from the Board of Directors to store Associates
Driving impact in decision making - Manage key meetings/forums to enable the US business to achieve its KPIs, set priorities, assess progress and make decisions
Executing the strategy - Enable enterprise level thinking and collapsing of silos to help the org effectively act on decisions. Leveraging the meeting cadence to bring the critical and important topics keep moving our strategy forward.
Building strategic relationships - Maximize relationships to collaborate on choices, accelerate business decisions, and support partner team's success

The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00-$320,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
