Position: Staff Product Manager
Job Location: 850 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066
Duties: Craft and develop solutions to business challenges by communicating requirements to key partners (for example, Business leaders, User Experience, Engineering, Analytics); and engage with key partners to deliver and support initiatives; and communicate status and insights related to product performance. Develop and enhance highly complex products by developing and managing product roadmaps and gathering and documenting requirements. Collect and analyze customer and product data; turn customer insights into actionable priorities and initiatives; prioritize product backlog; execute on user and business acceptance criteria; and manage roll out of product features. Define and manage strategy and business objectives for highly complex products by identifying market opportunities, conducting benchmark studies and competitive assessments; developing business cases; and setting objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for products. Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning. This position does not supervise employees.
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (any) and 2 years of product management experience; OR Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (any) or related field and 5 years of product management experience.
Skills required: Experience with online retail media advertising. Experience working in the Marketing Industry. Demonstrated knowledge of statistical analysis testing, experimentation, and business reporting methodologies. Experience executing data analysis and creating data visualizations using Tableau. Experience with coding languages: SQL and Python. Experience developing technical product requirement documentation (PRD) and specifications with detailed feature scopes. Experience performing competitive market analysis. Experience launching technical products to solve client challenges. Experience prioritizing features and coordinating with Engineering teams to support Level of Effort (LOE) estimates. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
Salary Range: $157,636/year to $286,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock equity incentives.
