Position: Senior Software Engineer
Job Location: 640 W. California Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94086
Duties: Design and develop efficient complex and scalable software tools and solutions using Node.js, Java, and Python. Design software with efficient use of databases such as Cassandra, Cosmos, Postres, and other related technologies. Develop dashboards to report various metrices using React, Redux, and other related technologies. Develop automation scripts using the latest market tools and technologies like JavaScript, Jest, Babel, Lerna, WebdriverIO, and Puppeteer. Design automated scripts and analyze issues using Splunk, New Relic, and other developer tools. Develop automated continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to deploy software for eCommerce. Design and develop application environments in Azure, OneOps, and other cloud infrastructure technologies. Develop scripts for complex commerce applications with integrated fulfillment systems, vendor systems, order management systems, and inventory management systems. Manage code and versioning using version control tools like GIT. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and DevOps teams to ensure the quality and stability of the application. Contribute to all phases of software development lifecycle starting from gathering requirements, development, testing, and code deployment to production to ensure that the designs follow the specifications. Participate in scrum planning sessions, evaluate testing methodologies, and suggest new techniques that will help deliver high-quality features.
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Any), or related field and 2 years of experience in large scale enterprise software development environment; OR Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Any), or related field and 5 years of experience in large scale enterprise software development environment.
Skills required: Experience designing and implementing REST APIs using Javascript. Experience using HTML and CSS to create webpages for development tools. Experience developing tools using Python. Experience with automation development and enterprise level application web and REST Web Service automation using Node.js, JavaScript, and Python. Experience with Azure, OneOps, and Docker. Experience with POM, Data Driven, Module Driven, Report tool, SWAGGER, Postman, TestRail, Jira, Junit, Testing, GIT, GIT-Extension tools, SVN, and Splunk. Experience designing software using SQL/NoSQL, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, Cosmos, and Oracle databases. Experience with SDK Simulator and Emulator. Experience developing automation scripts. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
Salary Range: $174,518/year to $234,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock equity incentives.
