We are currently seeking an individual that is energetic and organized with 5+ years administrative experience to join our team and work with our Vice President of Sales and Rental for Power Systems. You must be dependable, responsible and able to work at a fast pace. It is important that you display exceptional attention to detail and solid organizational skills. You must also have strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
About The Job
Requirements 3 - 5+ years of Senior Administrative Assistant experience. Ability to manage time and priorities well in a deadline-driven department. Excellent problem solving capabilities with timely resolution demonstrating an awareness of knowing when to elevate concerns or issues. Extremely detail oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
