Key Responsibilities
Lead, Supervise and coordinate DAS installation projects with team members, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Oversee the daily activities of the installation crew, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
Conduct site assessments, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to ensure successful project completion.
Communicate effectively with crew members, project managers, and clients to provide updates and address concerns.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and any change to the SOW.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a DAS Foreman or in a similar supervisory role within the telecommunications industry.
In-depth knowledge of DAS systems, installation techniques, and troubleshooting procedures.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
Proficiency in using relevant tools and equipment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certifications.
Strong knowledge in Sweep, PIM, and OTDR testing.
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a related field is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a DAS Foreman.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities:
Value safety over and above all other considerations
Perform all work safely and efficiently/always utilize correct PPE
Basic knot tying and safe rigging principles required to load material on trailers

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
Work on work sites
Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license
Able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background, drug testing and MVR
