Relocation Consultant:
The Relocation Consultant position is responsible for the coordination and administration of relocation services. These services would include the following: scheduling and monitoring the transferees move process, and maintaining direct contact with transferees from the initiation of the order to its successful completion at the time of closing. The Relocation Coordinator would also be responsible for the following duties:
Duties and Responsibilities:
Identifies and assesses transferees needs specific to assigned relocation policyHandles incoming calls or inquiries from transferees about their relocation process or specific needsSchedules, manages, and cancels temporary lodging reservations within 11 state locationsResponsible for communicating (both verbal and written) with all suppliers as well as transferees and client contactsServe as back-up and support to the Relocation ManagerCompletes data-entry and file reviews accurately and in a timely mannerVarious administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
Strong customer service ethic/attitudeRealtor experience is heavily preferred, but not required.Banking experience is favorable, but not required.Strong social and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact in a team setting or with counterpartsHighly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and grammar skillsAbility to accurately record and maintain transferee information, in multiple systemsStrong multi-tasker with attention to time management and project managementTech-savvy with strong ability to grasp and learn new systemsExhibit consistent, reliable work ethic and demonstrate a desire for continuous improvementPositive, team playerthat welcomes an inclusive environment and culture of communication.Hold a current real-estate license, would be preferred, but isnot mandatoryBilingual (English and Spanish) heavily preferred, but not required
