The Role
We have an opportunity for a Senior Project Director to join our Façade Practice. This individual will be responsible for the detailing of facades and running relevant analyses, materials and systems research, and coordinating project work with the team. Must be conscientious and creative, detail-oriented and professional with attentiveness to client communications.
Research materials and systems to determine specific project suitability.
Interprets building codes and project/design/construction specification.
Prepares façade detailing in 2D and 3D format for client communication.
Assists in construction administration, responding to RFIs and organizes submittal logs.
Attends construction meetings, performs site inspections, and prepares field reports for client.
Interacts with team members and clients regarding project information.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture. Master's degree preferred.
Professional Engineer and/or SE License.
Must have façade experience for large-scale projects.
Ability and willingness to travel within the US and internationally
Compensation
The rate for this position generally is$99,750-$120,750annually.This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to the New York Pay Transparency Law. It is based on what a successful New York applicant might be paid and assumes that the successful candidate will be in New York or perform the position from New York. Similar positions located outside of New York will not necessarily receive the same compensation.Actual pay rates may vary from the range, as permitted byNew YorkEqual Pay Transparency Law. Compensation offers will be based on various factors, including operational needs, individual education, qualifications and experience, work location and comparison to employee already in the role, as well as other considerations permitted by law. A potential new employee's pay history will not be used in compensation decisions.
