As an Executive Assistant, your superior organization skills, strong attention to detail and pleasant demeanor are essential in assisting high-level leadership functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Acts as an ambassador of the organization; serves as primary point of contact for assigned executives' departments; acts as a gatekeeper ensuring that calls and inquiries are routed to the appropriate level of department subject matter expert, resolves routine issues that arise; researches information to provide guidance to assigned executives on a broad range of issues and special projects.
Proactively obtains data and/or information to prepare assigned executives for meetings.
Plans, directs, and oversees administrative functions of the assigned executives' departments.
Manages information of a highly sensitive nature while maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgment.

Provides calendar and meeting management ensuring appropriate prioritization, sequencing, preparation, follow-up, and closure.
Prepares meeting minutes, agendas and itineraries.
Prepares drafts of presentations, correspondence, letters, memos, contracts and forms.
Manages executive reimbursements as well as department vendor payments.
Works on special projects and confidential assignments as needed.
Develops and implements policies, procedures and office practices.
Plans, organizes, and attends senior staff meetings and departmental staff meetings.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Previous experience supporting vice president level or above required.
Considerable experience in a front line visitor facing reception role required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Advanced computer and keyboard skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, graphics and internet research.
Excellent written, verbal communication and organization skills and the ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
PAY RANGE: $29.09 - $34.00
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
