Location: Columbus, OH

Salary: $100.00 USD Hourly - $110.00 USD Hourly

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Finance Systems Service Delivery Manager to come in after a recently implemented global platform (Oracle Fusion) and to oversee tasks of the implementation partner


HYBRID out of client's Columbus, OH location
Contract to Hire (client is unable to sponsor at this time)


This job will have the following responsibilities:

• The role will own and drive the service outcomes, reporting through to senior and executive management


• Manage back log from the implementation partner


• Focusing on the stability of both above services, owning service improvements which will delivery efficiencies and ultimately cost reduction of the services.
  
  


• Drive cross functional team to service outcomes, where capacity is available, ensuring it is utilized against both AMS and Backlog services
  
  


• Engage broader teams in the delivery of our services to ensure end to end delivery is not impacting our services
  
  


• Holds suppliers accountable at a senior level and ensures that the relationship enables effective delivery by suppliers
  
  
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• DevOps type function


• On-Prem vs SaaS - need to know SaaS


• Experience working with stakeholders/business team
