General Description:
The Senior Learning Analyst is tasked with analyzing, evaluating, forecasting, and reporting on various aspects of Leadership and Enterprise Development (LED). This role involves creating reports, providing statistical analysis, and making improvement recommendations. Additionally, the analyst manages the design, development, and implementation of a robust learning management system (LMS) for the Credit Union.
Tasks, Duties, Functions:
Provide expertise in learning analytics, from core reporting to data science solutions, to drive innovation and develop leading-edge insights.
Enhance advanced analytics products in line with business and people strategy priorities.
Present and collaborate with the LED leadership team on projects, including analysis, budgeting, monthly reporting, and external training platforms.
Generate and analyze reports from various data sources, providing insights and recommendations to management.
Create and maintain dashboards, ranging from KPIs to program-level reports.
Analyze LED programs through test scores, evaluations, surveys, and feedback, making recommendations for course modifications.
Assist in managing and administering the LMS, continuously assessing processes for effectiveness and suitability.
Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation for report creation and maintenance.
Collaborate with various customers and peers to achieve project goals.
Maintain an understanding of state and federal laws and regulations related to credit union compliance, including bank secrecy and anti-money laundering laws.

Qualifications:
Education: College degree in a related field is preferred.
Experience: Five years or more in data science and analytics roles.
Knowledge/Skills:
Proficient in PowerBI, SQL Server, APIs, Zapier, and SFTP.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, Dayforce/Docebo preferred.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Familiarity with training-related metrics.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Project management skills.
Ability to anticipate issues, present solutions, and handle data confidentiality.
Excellent organizational skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
Ability to multitask and work productively within LED and across credit union departments.
