Salary: $26.00 USD Hourly - $28.00 USD Hourly

Description:
Job Title: VMO-CRST Contractor


Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and validate authorization requests from internal teams.


• Perform authentication procedures.


• Confirm wire instructions.


• Close out requests and document actions taken.


• Handle escalated requests appropriately.


• Participate in monthly regression testing following internal system updates.


• Collaborate with partners to resolve complex issues.

Required Skills:

• Client service skills or experience in call center operations.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs).


• Strong verbal communication skills.


• Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing.

Preferred Soft Skills:

• Empathy and strong attention to detail.


• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.


• Strong verbal communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in banking and/or finance is strongly preferred.
