Are you a skilled software developer with a passion for data-driven applications and a knack for delivering exceptional digital marketing solutions? If so, we have an incredible opportunity for you to join our team as an AJO Developer!
In this role, you will have the chance to work on cutting-edge projects, leveraging your expertise in AJO (Adobe Journey Optimizer) to help our clients in the healthcare industry achieve their marketing objectives. Your deep understanding of business requirements and technical capabilities will be instrumental in translating strategic goals into seamless campaign execution across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's business and available data to ensure campaign solutions meet their marketing goals
- Translate business and technical requirements into detailed solutions for cross-channel campaign execution across marketing automation, journey orchestration, CDP, loyalty, and offer management platforms
- Support in-platform development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across channels (email, SMS, push, in-app, etc.)
- Serve as a technical platform subject matter expert to internal and client teams, providing support for platform troubleshooting, training, and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with project management teams to manage workflow and deadlines across multiple, simultaneous campaign projects and change controls
- Provide campaign QA, testing, and deployment support to other developers, campaign specialists, and QA resources
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related business or technology field, or equivalent work experience
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in a Software Development role, working with data-driven applications
- Minimum of 2 years of working with AJO
- Experienced data modeler in relational database systems with proficiency in writing SQL queries
- Familiarity with JavaScript, JSON, and XML, as well as HTML, MJML, CSS, and responsive email coding (a plus, but not required)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Agency experience preferred, with experience in a client-facing role and knowledge of overall agency structures and agile project management methodologies
