Our practice is located at 170 University Drive Amherst, MA 01002. As a Family Medicine office, we offer comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, from infants to adults.

Role Overview



We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Patient Services Representative (PSR) to support the practice onsite, Monday through Friday. We are open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, so schedules are staggered accordingly. The PSR serves as the face of our medical group and plays a key role in managing the patient experience on the reception/administrative support side. This individual would work alongside our team of 2 seasoned practice assistants in this patient-facing role.


We are looking for well-rounded customer service professionals who can multi-task, prioritize, and thrive in a high-volume outpatient setting!

New to Healthcare? No problem! Our Family Medicine team is happy to train on the job. Our philosophy is that if a new hire has strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for patient care, everything else can be taught.

• High school diploma or equivalent required


• Familiarity with insurance payers preferred


• Minimum of six (6) months reception or customer service experience required, preferably in a health care setting


• Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology preferred


• Spelling and typing competence with computer experience essential


• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
