We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer with a drive for excellence, enthusiastic nature and a keen eye for detail. You will be focused on designing all business development and property marketing collateral from concept to completion. You will be a top-notch creative thinker with the ability to collaborate with sales professionals, conceptualize ideas and produce exceptional work. This role will be based out of our San Diego, CA location.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop eye-catching and effective marketing materials for new business pursuits and property marketing including presentations, websites, email campaigns, brochures, signage, events, etc.
Innovate and collaborate with sales professionals on creation of marketing materials.
Work closely with our marketing and real estate teams to understand project objectives and deliver design solutions that align with business goals.
Provide guidance and creative input on projects.
Reposition assets with the ability to rebrand properties by logo development, color palettes, typography, and other various design concepts to tell the story.
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor marketing materials to inform and improve design strategies.
Commercial/residential real estate or advertising agency experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, design and visual communication, fine arts or a related field
Full knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office. PowerPoint a must. Proficient in both Mac and PC. Premiere and After Effects knowledge a plus.
Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Capacity to collaborate with colleagues in a team environment and with clients in a professional setting.
Aesthetic skills and keen eye for visual details; has a well-honed design perspective and knows how to translate that to marketing collateral.
Ability to provide design portfolio and examples of work.
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annually
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
