The Director of Northside Common Ministries will plan, direct, and coordinate the operations of the department’s services. Duties and responsibilities include programmatic leadership, project/contract management, program development, budgeting and ensuring successful program outcomes, impact and financial performance, formulating policies, managing daily operations and ensuring the utilization of industry best practices in program operations that set the organization apart from other local providers and poise the organization strategically when applying for additional funding.
Duties will also include but are not limited to:
Adhere to and promote the policies and standards of Goodwill SWPA and the NCM site.
External Hiring Range: $62,920 up to $65,436.80 annually
Travel: Yes, travel is required.
