Product Director, Evinova Platform Ecosystem Partnerships Lead
In the Product Director of Evinova Platform Ecosystem Partnerships role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our Evinova's products and drive a roadmap to help our platform enable a 'network effect' via our connected ecosystem. While the initial focus of this role will be scoped to vendors that best enable our core product applications, you will be expected to keep a future-forward lens of developing a profitable partner program in a 'platform as a service' model. Partnering closely with commercial strategy, engineering, and other product teams, you be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and selecting strategic partnerships with third-party data and application vendors.
By fostering these partnerships, you will enhance Evinova's product offerings, expand market reach, and create new revenue streams through reseller agreements. Success in this role will be driven by an entrepreneurial, cross-functional partnership, and platform mindset.
Responsibilities:
In close collaboration with commercial strategy, product marking, product application, and engineering teams:
Partner Identification and Evaluation - in partnership with our commercial team:
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential third-party data and application vendors that align with Evinova's strategic objectives.
Evaluate the capabilities, compatibility, and potential value of these vendors to ensure they meet our product requirements and enhance our customer experience.
Assess the potential for reseller partnerships and explore opportunities to create mutually beneficial arrangements.
Partnership Development and Management:
Support our commercial teams in negotiating and establishing strategic partnerships with selected vendors, ensuring favorable terms and conditions. Create value-cases for appropriate approaches i.e. reseller or co-development partnership models.
Create frameworks to catalog available partners in a marketplace format, highlighting capabilities, creating mechanisms for which partner is best for a given product or customer use case. Include available data sets and usability permissions.
Monitor partner performance and address any issues or challenges that may arise.
Product Integration and Enhancement:
Work closely with product application and engineering teams to integrate third-party data and applications seamlessly into our platform.
Ensure that integrations meet our quality standards and deliver value to our customers.
Identify opportunities to leverage partner capabilities to enhance our product offerings and differentiate our solutions.
Partner Program Development:
Develop a comprehensive partner program that enables Evinova to attract and retain high-quality partners. Launched first to enable internal product and engineering teams, always with the future intent to go external.
Define partner tiers, benefits, and expectations to foster a thriving ecosystem.
Implement processes and tools to support partner onboarding, training, and enablement.
Own the business plan and roadmap to foster the partner program into a revenue generating platform as a service product that serves as an onramp to upsell additional core Evinova products.
Own the roadmap to create a 'marketplace' of vendor and internal platform service, data, and apps first for internal developers, always with the external partner program future in mind.
Measure and analyze the impact of partnerships on market share, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is required.
8+ years of relevant product management experience.
Proven Product Director or equivalent role in a SaaS technology company.
Experience with 'Platform as a Service' products.
Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its technology landscape.
Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Proven track record of successfully developing and managing partnerships.
Product experience with platform marketplaces.
Proven track record siting at the intersection of cross-functional teams partnering to deliver in an agile process.

The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $137,600 to $206,400. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
