Position Summary Reporting to the Associate Director of Audience Management, the role of the Associate is to support all lead generation initiatives across the Live Journalism, Corporate Subscriptions and Memberships businesses, and work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure an efficient and timely flow of data/leads that result from your activity.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate the execution of data for lead generation campaigns and initiatives across the CMO group; with a specific focus on Corporate Subscriptions, Live Journalism and Membership initiatives
Coordinate all new membership data research briefs, working with the team to define the criteria and then managing review and delivery of the brief with our third party research partner
Coordinate all data loads into the marketing automation and sales platforms, ensuring that all audience data is present, correct, complete and ready for inclusion in outreach campaigns
Maintain the quality, accuracy and completeness of data held on the CRM system, ensuring that full information is available on potential clients in order to facilitate the marketing and sales process and maximize conversion:
Continuously review data for accuracy, updating as required and removing outdated records
Identify gaps within data and follow existing processes to complete information and add to platforms and campaigns
Confirm accuracy of list sources, and ensure all contacts include this information
Supply newly added data to marketing and sales teams as requested via marketing and/or sales platforms
Filter, sort and append data for specific campaigns as defined by marketing, and deliver data for inclusion in marketing outreach
Follow and comply with all legal and compliance regulations pertaining to data ensuring these are reflected within CRM (i.e. Opt Outs are clearly indicated, compliance screening has been completed)
Follow established procedures for data briefs, including tracking when briefs are sent, when they will be delivered, and checking all returned data for accuracy
Research and identify potential new sources of data in support of diversity and inclusion initiatives, and consistent with qualification criteria
Source expanded contact sets using external or internal databases as requested
Track expired and lapsed members, identifying contacts within data and working with marketing and sales teams to maintain a list for future campaigns
Success metrics for the Data Associate, include:
Database growth and renewal
Lead generation volumes and distribution
Timely feedback and reporting
A positive approach to all aspects of the job
You Have:
0-2 years of experience
IT literate with a strong knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets is essential
Excellent organization skills, able to work under pressure and to tight timescales in a fast paced environment
High level of accuracy and attention to detail a must
Ability to produce comprehensive reports and act on results
Ability to take ownership and responsibility
A self-motivated and proactive team player, who will continuously build upon and share knowledge and expertise with the team
Proven ability to work with and across multiple teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels
Results-driven, high-performing, high-quality work attitude
Experience with AirTable, Salesforce.com and Eloqua, or similar relational databases, CRM and Marketing Automation systems is highly desirable
