This position requires expertise in recruitment best practices within a fast-paced, high-volume environment, including conducting numerous candidate screenings and behavioral-based interviews. Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:
Thrive in a high-speed, high-volume recruiting environment, efficiently managing multiple candidate pipelines and adjusting strategies to meet urgent hiring needs.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for a variety of roles across the organization.
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to proactively identify and engage with potential candidates.
Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract a diverse talent pool.
Interviewing & Selection:
Conduct behavioral-based interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on interviewing best practices and candidate selection.
Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience.
Recruitment Technology & Reporting:
Utilize Paycom or other ATS/HRIS systems to manage the recruitment process, track candidate progress, and maintain accurate records.
Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
Compliance & Best Practices:
Stay current with employment laws and recruitment best practices to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the recruitment process and candidate experience.

Educational and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; preferably in Business or a related field.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with Paycom or other ATS/HRIS systems is strongly preferred.
Human Resources Certif i cation (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
Knowledge of current employment laws and practices is preferred.
Ability to travel, as needed, to career fairs (up to 10%)
