Job Summary
The Wellness and Benefits Administrator is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of employee wellness programs and benefits packages. This role involves promoting a healthy work environment, ensuring effective benefits administration, and fostering employee engagement in wellness initiatives. This position also provides support and guidance to employees regarding their benefits and collaborates with external vendors to optimize benefits offerings. Develop communication materials to inform employees about wellness programs and benefits options.
Conduct presentations and informational sessions to engage employees in available programs.
Update benefits-related content on the company intranet and other communication platforms.
Act as the primary contact for employees' benefits-related inquiries and concerns, including providing guidance and support to help employees understand and utilize their benefits.

Assist with correspondence, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Act as the liaison for support request from the business.
Oversee all aspects of HR events including venue booking, catering, sending communication, and collecting feedback.
Support the HR team with vendor payments and annual budget planning.

Oversee the enrollment, changes, and terminations of employee benefits.
