Job Description:

Starting pay of $29.29 - $35.96 per hour

What you'll do:

• While running production, service, operate, maintain, overhaul, and monitor various pieces of equipment.

• Maintain production of quality single-piece cans as defined in our quality standards.


• Perform inspection procedures at the scheduled intervals


• Work with management to improve work area, safety, quality, cost, and productivity.


• Utilize your mechanical knowledge in maintaining a high-speed industrial can manufacturing line.


• Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and modify all industrial mechanical systems.


• Use precision measuring tools and work with close tolerances up to .0010.


• Work with management to improve work area, safety, quality, cost, and productivity.

We need you to have:

• High School Diploma or GED


• Strong mechanical knowledge


• Experience working with machinery, cars, farm equipment, etc.


• Willingness to focus on Safety, Quality, and Production in all you do on the job
