Location: Skillman, NJ - Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.

The Oral Health HCP Sales Strategy Manager for US will report directly to the Senior Manager, US Oral Care Healthcare Professional (HCP) and is responsible for maximizing the company's scientific leadership with our HCP US Professional Contracted Sales Organization (CSO) for Kenvue Oral iHealth Business. This role will lead the relationship with our HCP sales team and will partner with our US HCP Marketers, Global HCP, the US Consumer Team and multiple cross-functional partners to activate our healthcare professional plans that align with the overall brand operating plans and ultimately drive business growth.
What you will do
Key Responsibilities:
Lead HCP CSO strategy and day to day efforts to deliver against business priorities, develop and evaluate performance metrics for sales force relative to brand objectives ensuring excellence in sales execution.
Provide strategic input from a sales perspective to cultivate a oral care business activation plan for our oral care brands that aligns with the respective brand's strategies and business objectives. Accountable for a holistic salesforce plan that maximizes marketing efforts, leveraging science, data and insights to engage with multiple HCPs audiences in a meaningful way across multiple touchpoints.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge and understanding of current HCP environment and industry trends, digital advancements, category and competitive analysis, stay abreast of latest competitive activities and sales to inform development of, or changes to, sales activation plans.
Partner with Sales force analytics team & CBI to identify unique connection points, unmet needs and insights with target that improves the quality of content intended to change HCP & patient behavior.
Partner with cross functional team to pull through KOL and scientific engagement strategy with sales team.
Maintain quality and compliance through timely training, strict compliance with procedures, exercising the highest integrity, embracing employee involvement and commitment to doing the right job the first time.
Lead oral care strategy and contracting with Dental Service Organizations (DSO) and Dental Schools.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree is required, MBA is preferred.
A minimum of 6 years of Healthcare, Pharmaceutical and/or Consumer Package Goods or business related experience is required.
Candidates must demonstrate critical thinking skills, have strong negotiation skills, be able to work in a team environment, and be customer/market oriented.
Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, rapidly evolving, highly complex, matrixed environment is required.
High level of drive and commitment with a strong bias for action and prioritization is required.
A proven track record developing and delivering brand, marketing and/or customer strategies is required.
A leader and team-builder that inspires followership across large, geographically dispersed teams is required.
Create & promote an agile, inclusive, people-first environment in the workplace is required.
This position requires up to 25% domestic travel.
Desired Qualifications
Proficient in a variety of applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams), and the ability to pick up new applications and processes quickly is strongly preferred.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, as well as demonstrated ability to work confidently and respectfully at all levels of an organization, both internally and externally is strongly preferred.
Experience in sales or marketing management and sales leadership is preferred.
People management experience is preferred.
Health care professional marketing experience highly preferred.
Oral care experience preferred.

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $98,000 to $167,900 (if compliant with local laws).This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
