Busy Lauderdale BMW Collision Center has an outstanding opportunity for a Highline Collison Repair Technician to join the Holman family.
We are seeking a highly skilled individual in the collision repair industry, preferably ASE Master certified with additional certifications such as JLR, Porsche, or Audi Aluminum. High line vehicle repair experience is essential. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and possess strong technical expertise in collision repair. This position offers a flat-rate commission pay structure to earn $150,000 yearly, with potential for earnings above this threshold. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus of $5,000 and paid moving expenses are provided for approved relocations.
What will you do?
The Body Tech is also responsible for:
Manage body, frame and or mechanical repair of vehicle
Review damage reports, prepare or review repair cost estimates, and plan work to be performed
Remove damaged panels, and identify the family and properties of the plastic used on a vehicle
Inspect repaired vehicles for proper functioning, completion of work, dimensional accuracy, and overall appearance of paint job, and test drive vehicles to ensure proper alignment and handling
Position dolly blocks against surfaces of dented areas and beat opposite surfaces to remove dents, using hammers
Fit and weld replacement parts into place, using wrenches and welding equipment, and grind down welds to smooth them, using power grinders and other tools.
Requires maximal physical demands involving bending, lifting, reaching and pushing/pulling
What are we looking for?
ASE Master certification preferred
Additional certifications in JLR, Porsche, or Audi Aluminum a plus
Extensive experience in high line vehicle repair
Fluent in English
High school diploma or equivalent
Willingness to undergo our background requirements

Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $22.50 - $32.63 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
