We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, and will play a critical role in driving business insights, financial forecasting, and strategic decision-making. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated financial professional to apply their analytical skills to impactful projects, working closely with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to inform business strategy.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather, analyze, and interpret financial data to create insightful reports that help drive executive decision-making.
Financial Modeling: Develop complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, capital investments, and operational decision-making.
Business Partnering: Collaborate with department heads and operational teams to understand key business drivers and provide financial insights.
Monthly Reporting: Prepare and present monthly financial reports, KPIs, and dashboards, offering actionable insights to senior management.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency, data accuracy, and analytics capabilities.
Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad hoc analysis as needed to evaluate new business opportunities, assess risks, and recommend action plans.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA certification is a plus.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or similar roles. Prior experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Microsoft Excel (advanced level), and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion). Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to translate complex financial data into clear and actionable insights.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
