Job Overview



We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, and will play a critical role in driving business insights, financial forecasting, and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities

• 
  Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to inform business strategy.


• 
  Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather, analyze, and interpret financial data to create insightful reports that help drive executive decision-making.


• 
  Financial Modeling: Develop complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, capital investments, and operational decision-making.


• 
  Business Partnering: Collaborate with department heads and operational teams to understand key business drivers and provide financial insights.


• 
  Monthly Reporting: Prepare and present monthly financial reports, KPIs, and dashboards, offering actionable insights to senior management.


• 
  Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency, data accuracy, and analytics capabilities.


• 
  Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad hoc analysis as needed to evaluate new business opportunities, assess risks, and recommend action plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CFA certification is a plus.


• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or similar roles. Prior experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.


• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Microsoft Excel (advanced level), and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion). Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to translate complex financial data into clear and actionable insights.


• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
