In this role, you will have the opportunity to:



  • Identify, investigate, and resolve production operations related issues in the Value Stream

  • Lead daily management to drive sustainable, continuous improvements in Safety, Quality, On Time Delivery, Inventory, and Cost

  • Promote a work environment that provides a positive and rewarding employee experience

  • Define projects aimed at improving processes and customer satisfaction

  • Provide input for capital expenditures on new equipment and facilities improvements

  • Drive and mentor Danaher Business Systems (DBS), while championing an environment of teamwork and associate engagement

  • Be aware of and contribute to IDT's policy for quality and environmental management by adhering to the requirements of the ISO 13485 standards, procedures, and work instructions.





The essential requirements of the job include:



  • Bachelor's degree, or 10+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 5+ years of successful experience in production operations

  • 3+ years of successful experience in a people leader role

  • Experience working in an ISO 13485 or similarly regulated environment

  • Proven experience with application of lean tools, such as 5S, Standard Work, Visual / Daily Management, and Problem Solving

  • Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to effectively communicate, collaborate cross-functionally, and encourage / facilitate teamwork.

  • Excellent computer skills and the ability to multitask




It would be a plus if you have:



  • Bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry, microbiology, or related field

  • Experience in biotechnology or biopharmaceutical production operations, preferably in quality control, bulk reagent manufacturing, and product finishing



The salary range for this role is $106,400 - 138,000 annually. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.



This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
