Responsibilities:
Perform complex assembly and production tasks on electronic and mechanical subassemblies, ensuring high-quality standards to support mission-critical defense technologies.
Execute complex production assembly tasks on electronic and mechanical components, including modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.
Read and interpret schematics, drawings, and follow defined methods, techniques, and sequence of operations.
Perform wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on subassemblies and units.
Integrate subassemblies into final hardware and perform final assembly of small systems.
Conduct basic electrical testing and perform complex rework or refurbishment of hardware and systems.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or production.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of polarity and inspection criteria, Bills of Material (BOM), and work order tracking systems.
Familiarity with measuring equipment and basic math.
