This all-new resort features a world-class marina teeming with a fleet of experienced captains in the "Sportfishing Capital of the World", 72 marina slips, 14 acres of beach and pool, nine new unique culinary destinations buzzing with energy, retail, and 214 island-chic luxurious waterfront rooms. Join our dynamic team as Complex Reservations Coordinator! This opportunity is for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who is skilled in managing reservations as part of a successful revenue strategy. In this role, you will work closely with our Revenue, Sales and Events teams to coordinate reservations for groups and individuals, ensuring all details are processed accurately and information communicated to the rest of the property team including Front Desk and Accounting. You will have the opportunity to work in a multi-resort environment, providing exceptional customer service to guests and team members.



Responsibilities



• Be the reservations contact for all definite groups (individual call-in and rooming lists)


• Manage group requests including modifications, billing and assigning rooms


• Manage group block inventory ensuring all blocks have the correct number of rooms and rates by room type


• Manage internal reservations requests and modifications


• Set-up individual reservation billing, routing and comments as needed


• Set-up VIP reservations with accuracy and communicate details consistently


• Monitor daily inventory and reservations activity to make informed business decisions


• Run weekly pick-up meeting for three resorts to ensure group blocks are picking up or netted down correctly. Action any changes discussed and send out notes from the meeting


• Run the weekly 14-day forecast, cutoff and pick-up reports to share with the team


• Pull reports and perform other related duties as needed



Qualifications



• Prior experience in hotel reservations preferred


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills is a must


• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills


• Read, write, and speak English fluently


• Demonstrate ability to manage duties independently without close supervision


• Ability to multitask and prioritize requests and assignments in a fast-paced environment


• Maintain a quiet dedicated space to work fully remote


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation systems


• Be able to travel to the resorts in Islamorada, FL as needed
