This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with  a required On - Call Rotation.

We are currently seeking a General Maintenance Technician, for our Apartment Complex, Founders Yard in Charleston, South Carolina. This technician will be responsible for a wide range of grounds and building maintenance duties, including but not limited to the following:


  • planting and watering flower beds

  • clean-up of grounds/dumpsters

  • beautifying landscaping projects

  • interior renovation projects 

  • completion of minor building maintenance as required by service requests

  • preparation of apartment unit turnovers 

  • routine maintenance of a non-technical issue.

Our next team-member will ideally possess the following educational and work qualifications:


  • A high school diploma or general equivalent (GED) required

  • 1 or more years of directly related experience in general building maintenance desired

  • 1 or more years of directly related experience in grounds maintenance desired

  • Flexibility required to work some evenings, weekends and holidays, as requested.
