This position is responsible for assisting the Supervisor in coordination of the daily responsibilities of the department by insuring the Supervisor's instructions are communicated to the team members and carried out timely and correctly. Must have prior industrial maintenance/electrical experience or successful completion of formal schooling in electrical maintenance. This position is also responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.



12 months of continuous employment with a single employer within the last 36 months of employment or completion and verifiable formal schooling in a specific trade.




Must have extensive fabrication and mechanical experience.




Welding, boiler, and electrical experience preferred.




Rehire Consideration:

• Max of two previous Tyson employments to be considered for hire.


• 180 days (6 months) waiting period.
