ONC BOCES is seeking a Custodian for OAOC in
Milford. This is a full-time, 12-month, ESPA Unit,
Competitive Class, Provisional Civil Service
position.
The successful candidates will work 2:30 p.m.
10:30 p.m. and will help maintain the building
facilities in a condition of operating excellence,
cleanliness and safety. This is manual work of a
routine nature requiring efficient performance of
cleaning and semi-skilled maintenance operations
for school buildings, grounds and equipment.
Supervision may be exercised over a small number
of cleaners and/or subordinate maintenance
personnel.
Minimum Qualifications:
(a) Graduation from high school or possession of a
high school equivalency diploma and one (1) year
of full-time experience or its part-time equivalent in
building cleaning or maintenance; OR
(b) Two (2) years of full-time experience or its parttime equivalent in building cleaning or maintenance
Valid drivers license is preferred.
Salary: $35,569
