Great Opportunity for an experienced
Receptionst in Mineola, NY. This position is Temp to Perm, in a professional office M-F 9am-5pm.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls & transfer
- Gather basic information from client on what the call is regarding before transferring
- Find files, as needed
- Scan documents into filing system
- Assist with mass mailings when needed
- Order office supplies when needed
- Schedule FedEx pickup, when needed, for employees
- Enter and upload information into online systems
Requirements
- Phone and Customer relations skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized
- Legal experience preferred
- MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
