A Sales Customer Support Specialist assists clients through each step of the sales process, helping them resolve any concerns or questions they may have while processing, tracking and shipping orders efficiently. They also identify and create lists of potential clients while maintaining databases of sales. Additional responsibilities of a Sales Support Specialist may include:
Compiling daily lists of leads and delegating them to sales manager
Handling all administrative duties for the sales department or team, including scheduling client conferences and meetings
Providing assistance to management team members and executives as needed
Performing data entry duties in regards to metrics, sales figures and other key data
Creating and processing sales in a timely manner
Reporting any unusual activity to supervisors
Expediting requests rush orders and altering sales orders and shipping information as required
Attending professional business networking meetings on behalf of TeleVoIPs
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in account management / inside sales/ call center / telemarketing preferred but not required
Take inbound calls from clients and prospects
Call clients and prospects as needed
Knowledge of business organizational structures
Ability to persuade and influence others
Ability to suggestive sell
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Essential Job Functions
The Sales Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for managing new and existing customers
Maintain, develop and expand relationships with existing and potential accounts
Assist with inside sales add-on quotes and follow up
Assist Implementation team via sales process
Identify potential prospects by qualifying accounts
Follow up on leads resulting from marketing activities
Responsible for scheduling and setting appointment attending targets
Responsible for building rapport with potential accounts; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections
Maintain sales performance to meet and exceed target goals
Utilize HubSpot on a daily basis to provide funnel of identified and proposed opportunities
Attend professional business networking groups
