Responsibilities
Review and process claims submitted by clients
Verify the accuracy of information provided in claims
Enter and update claim information in our database
Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and resolve discrepancies
Assist with administrative tasks related to claim processing
Maintain organized records of all claims and related documents
Provide support to the claims team as needed
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred
Skills:
Strong attention to detail
Basic computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
