Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Service Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks that support our service operations. Your contributions will be essential in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
-Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information regarding services, appointments, and billing.
-Administrative Tasks: Maintain service records, documentation, and databases, ensuring all information is up to date and accurate.
-Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule service appointments, ensuring optimal use of resources and timely service delivery.
Qualifications:
-Experience: 1+ years of experience in an administrative role (preferred)
-Skills:
-Organizational and multitasking abilities
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
