Communicate with customers via phone, email, social media and chat

Data entry in various platforms
Maintain a low refund rate
Maintain a high customer satisfaction rate
Qualifications
At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Excellent working with computers and learning new software
Basic understanding of medical terminology
