Job Description: Security Control Centre Operator
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, USA 73129
Long Term Contract
Job Summary:
As a Security Control Center Operator, you will provide lawful security responses to ensure a safe environment for employees and visitors. You will be responsible for monitoring security systems, responding to alarms, and handling security investigations.
Key Responsibilities:
Security Monitoring: Daily monitoring of computerized alarms, intrusion detection, video surveillance, and access control systems.
Incident Response: Respond to security and safety concerns, dispatch appropriate personnel, and manage incident reports.
Regulatory Reporting: Submit DOE 417 reports to ESISAC and the Department of Energy.
Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between OGE, Enogex members, and law enforcement agencies.
Investigations: Coordinate security investigations involving theft, fraud, and other incidents.
Clearance Codes: Create and manage clearance codes using ProWatch applications.
NERC CIP Monitoring: Monitor critical infrastructure sites to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma/GED (Required); Associate's Degree (Preferred)
Experience: Minimum 6 years of directly related experience in Security Operations or Control Center environments.
Skills: Proficient in ProWatch, Rapid Eye, visitor management systems, Microsoft Office, and security alarm systems.
Certifications: Valid state driver's license and the ability to complete all mandated security officer training.
Physical and Safety Requirements:
Must comply with Company Security Officer dress and grooming standards.
Must pass a physical exam including sight and hearing tests.
Position classified as "Safety-Sensitive" under state law; subject to drug testing and driving regulations.
