Are you passionate about breaking down barriers to mental health care? Join our team as an Engagement Clinician, where youll help develop and implement outreach strategies that connect underserved populations with the care they need.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm, No Weekends
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement community engagement and outreach strategies.Facilitate focus groups and problem-solve barriers to care.Conduct screenings, link consumers to services, and build relationships with community partners.Educate providers on mental health access and deliver actionable reports to shape organizational strategies.
What Youll Bring:
3+ years of experience in Michigans community mental health system.Strong interpersonal, presentation, and project management skills.Proficiency in data analysis and report design.Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
