Job Description:

 

 Groundskeeper
Location: Shadow Creek - Hamilton, OH

Primary Responsibilities
 

• Gather and remove litter around the community.   




• Water lawns, trees, or plants, using portable sprinkler systems, hoses, or watering cans.   




• Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges, using shears, pruners, or chainsaws.   




• Conduct light maintenance service repairs around the community and apartment homes.  




• Care for established lawns by mowing, mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing, removing thatch, or trimming or edging around flower beds, walks, or walls.   




• Provide proper upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, fountains, planters, or other ground features.   




• Clean onsite facilities, hallways, breezeways  

Qualifications & Experience
 

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.  




• Previous ground experience or cleaning experience is a plus.  




• Able to work independently and follow through on assigned tasks.
