Position Overview:
The Capital Markets Analyst will be instrumental in analyzing market trends, managing capital deployment, and creating detailed financial models and reports. This role requires a strong business acumen within the healthcare sector. You will collaborate closely with finance, strategy, and operational teams to support critical decision-making through robust data analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive analysis on capital markets and healthcare-related investments, providing insights and recommendations to drive financial performance.
Build and maintain advanced financial models and reporting systems to support strategic capital management initiatives.
Develop and deliver data-driven reports and presentations for executive leadership, focusing on trends, opportunities, and risk factors within healthcare markets.
Work with cross-functional teams to assess and support financing strategies for large-scale projects and operational investments.
Monitor capital market conditions and evaluate the impact on organizational goals, ensuring alignment with current financial objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA, CFA) is preferred.
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in capital markets analysis, preferably with a background in healthcare or a similarly regulated industry.
Proven expertise in data analysis, financial modeling, and report building at the enterprise level.
Demonstrated ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficient in financial tools and software, including Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms (Tableau or Power BI).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
