Job Description:

Summary
Total Group has an immediate opening for a 3rd party facility maintenance coordinator / plumbing dispatcher. Qualified applicants must have previous work experience in a service trade dispatching role and familiarity working with 3rd party maintenance companies. Applicants will need to be well organized, self-starters, attention to detail oriented along with computer and phone skills. Applicants must possess a strong work ethic, outstanding customer service skills and work well with others in person, by phone and email.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and schedule plumbing services.
Effectively communicate with customers and technicians to guarantee accurate and efficient scheduling and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate customer information in FieldEdge.
Complete customer follow-up calls.
Collect payments and ensure customer accounts are current.
Assist with all other office duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

Customer Service
Familiar with plumbing systems and basic plumbing operations
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

FieldEdge experience preferred
3+ years plumbing experience
High school diploma or GED

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25.00
