As an National Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, nurturing relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities. You will leverage your industry knowledge and consultative approach to tailor solutions for our clients, supporting them in achieving their product goals.

How will you contribute:



  • Client Acquisition & Development: Identify prospective clients in the personal care industry and build relationships that convert into long-term partnerships.


  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic plan for client acquisition, focusing on personal care brands, product development needs, and market trends.


  • Product Expertise: Gain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings and manufacturing capabilities to effectively advise clients on tailored solutions.


  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring that client needs are met through consistent engagement and support.


  • Market Analysis: Research industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities.


  • Sales Reporting: Track sales activities, manage sales pipelines, and provide accurate forecasts to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.



  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Product Development, and Operations to ensure customer requirements are met, and projects are delivered on time.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management within the personal care, beauty, or related industry.

  • Strong understanding of personal care product manufacturing processes, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

This position is currently classified as Remote with some travel. 

Base Salary Range: $125,000 - $153,000 per year, based on candidate professional experience level. Employees are eligible to participate in Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Holidays, Vacation, Tuition Reimbursement Program.

The final salary offered for this position may take into account a number of factors including, but not limited to, location, skills, education, and experience.
