Position Description:

Motus is looking for a Senior Content Manager to own and implement our overall content strategy, including the planning, writing, and editing of short- and long-form content. Youll have the opportunity to think through how to best craft relevant blog posts, ebooks, whitepapers, data sheets, email copy, landing pages, presentations, and ads in order to engage our target audience. You should be proficient in SEO, and skilled at writing for various personas.

This role is a highly cross-functional part of the marketing team. Youll be a part of a fast-paced, distributed marketing organization that likes to think big. Our ideal candidate is a go-getter with high expectations of themselves and others who is passionate about crafting relevant content for integrated, end-to-end marketing programs.

Position Duties:

• Understand the questions and pain points of our prospects, as well as the needs of our internal teams, to conceive and build content that helps to educate and move our prospects through the funnel
• Produce a wide range of external materials including whitepapers, ebooks, data sheets, blogs, email copy, landing pages, ad copy, presentations, etc.
• Create and manage an editorial calendar, and strategize regarding the best way to use/reuse content pieces for integrated programs
• Collaborate with our Growth marketing team to identify topics that will resonate in our programs and advertisements
• Keep your finger on the pulse of news in our space, proactively identifying opportunities for Motus to newsjack and/or join the conversation
• Leverage and champion SEO best practices to ensure our content gets maximum visibility

Desired Skills & Experience:

• 6-8 years of marketing experience in enterprise software or SaaS
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills: the ability to speak knowledgeably, clearly, and persuasively to a diverse range of audiences
• Proven experience learning about new, technical topics and producing quality content in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
• Collaborative, self-motivated teammate with a positive demeanor

Where required by law, Motus provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The pay range for this role is $110,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidates relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short-and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally required benefits.
