The Media Services Sales Coordinator will work closely with the Engineering Services Manager – Cabling & Physical Security, Media Services Sales Support, and all Media Services Engineering team to be to single point of contact for resource scheduling needs. The Media Services Sales Coordinator will have intimate knowledge of the Media Service Engineering team and staff for proper resource allocation. A strong understanding of how our processes produce results is required as well as, skills to handle resource scheduling conflicts. This position will also serve as backup coverage for the Media Services Sales Support when applicable.
Roles and Responsibilities/ Essential Functions:
Quote orders for high end media services for Sales team.
Register projects with vendors.
Ensure accurate margin and descriptions of product when quoting to customers.
Work with manager to properly forecast opportunities for scheduling purposes.
Schedule projects and service work for the Media Services Engineering Department as needed.
Coordinate with manager and sales to schedule presentations for prospective clients.
Attend weekly forecasting, project management, and scheduling meetings to ensure accurate documentation of quotes and scope of work.
Work with Engineering to convert a technical scope into a customer facing legal document or Statement of Work.
Work with management to assign internal and external trainings for technicians, engineering, and sales teams.
