What You Will Do: Potential service areas for internships are listed below:

• Assist water resources staff with project development, design, and data collection.
• This work may include stormwater design, drafting reports, stormwater modeling, field surveying, and data collection for a variety of projects throughout the Austin metro for use in future projects.
• This work will primarily be done indoors in an office environment.

What You Will Bring: The successful candidate will be:

• Enrolled in a four-year or two-year technical school, college, or university majoring in civil/environmental engineering, civil technology, land surveying, or related field.
• You must possess a valid driver’s license, have a clean driving record, and have the ability to get to various worksite locations.
• You must be at least 18 years old.

Our preferred candidate will have:

• Completed at least one year towards a four-year or two-year technical school, college, or university majoring in the fields listed above.
